Great experience as always. I love the scan barcodes. It’s always exciting to see if I win anything or get a discount. I love them. I really enjoy my time with Vanessa. She is amazing. Always smiling and happy and explains everything. I hope she stays for a long time. I was second guessing my services with Dermatoouch RN because of the error in the Daxxify $50 rebates but after today’s visits I will stay. If I don’t get the discounts from Daxxify, it will be disappointing because that is part of the pilot program but I guess it will all work out some way. Anyway, I love the girls up front because they explain everything so well for the most part. Always very nice too. Great discounts!

Vanessa is truly the best. She always takes her time to walk me through my treatment plan, explains everything clearly, and makes sure I feel comfortable and informed every step of the way. I never feel rushed — just cared for. Samantha and Jordan are my absolute favorite ladies. They are always so friendly, accommodating, and welcoming that I sometimes pop in just to say hi — even when I don’t have an appointment! The entire team makes every visit feel easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

This was my first visit to DermaTouch RN after moving to San Antonio, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. I was a little nervous because a friend of mine had a bad experience at another Botox place here, so my expectations were low going in — but DermaTouch completely exceeded them. Everything they promised was delivered. The results are fantastic, the process was smooth, and I felt comfortable the entire time. Stephanie was amazing — truly professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel at ease from start to finish. The clinic itself is very clean, tidy, and well-run, and you can tell you’re dealing with real medical professionals, not a rushed or careless med spa. I’m already planning to get a membership because the discount is honestly a great deal. So glad I found this place — highly recommend!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! The offices are extremely professional and clean, staff is so friendly and knowledgeable, and services are executed with precision and care. It is just an all around great atmosphere. Stephanie is such a wonderful skincare technician, it is obvious she really cares and she always takes the time to explain everything fully and make sure I am comfortable.
